I'd like to know which foods are the best sources of zinc!

Foods of animal origin are generally among the best natural sources of zinc.
Meat, especially red meat and offal, as well as cheese, eggs, fish and seafood contain significant amounts of this important trace element.
Zinc can also be obtained from plant foods, such as legumes, nuts and whole grains.
However, these foods may also contain phytic acid and fiber, which can affect the conditions of zinc absorption.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 3 pumps of liquid a day, mixed in water. Preferably half an hour before the first main meal; in case of a sensitive digestive system, with or after a meal.
• Can also be dropped under the tongue.
• It's best to use it immediately before a planned meal and hold the liquid under the tongue for at least 20 seconds.
• When used under the tongue, a slight stinging sensation may be felt, caused by the organic glycerin.
• It's recommended to eat as soon as possible after use, as using it on an empty stomach – directly under the tongue – may cause queasiness and nausea. If you experience this, be sure to change the way you take it.
• Important: make sure not to eat foods that may inhibit zinc absorption immediately before/after the dietary supplement.
• It is recommended to take it at least 2 hours apart from dietary supplements containing copper and calcium – e.g. WTN Calcium complex, WTN Trace element complex, WTN Boron Chromium Molybdenum Copper Silicon.
